Shipping policy

We only ship within the USA. Ready-made items will be packaged and prepared for shipping in approximately one week. Large or multi-item orders may require an extra week to order and prep specific packaging. Preordered items will be prepared for shipping in less than a month. Made-to-order items will also be prepared for shipping in less than a month. Made-to-order items may be subject to delays or cancellation if components are unavailable, but we will reach out to you in both cases. Items may be prepared and shipped ahead of the estimated date, but never later unless we contact you with a valid delay or cancellation. Holidays and personal events may impact these estimates.
